Refunds

Pre-order items are made intentionally and in limited quantities.
Because production begins based on pre-order demand, all pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or cancelled once the order is placed.

The funds from pre-orders are used to secure production and manufacturing deposits as we begin creating your piece.

Please double-check sizing, shipping information, and order details before purchasing

Domestic (USA) orders:

Refunds are available for eligible items and will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
The return label will be at the customer's expense.

Orders purchased using store credit will be refunded as store credit only.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

✧ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

✧ All original tags and packaging must be intact

✧ Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
