Order processing time 

Some of our pieces are made as pre-orders to avoid waste and keep it conscious fashion.
If an item is marked as a pre-order, it will ship on the date indicated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order, everything will ship together once the pre-order item is ready! This helps us reduce waste and save our planet

Domestic shipping

All orders ship from the United States. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days (depending on your states) once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Once the order has been shipped out, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent! 

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once the package is with the shipping company.

International shipping

For international orders, it generally takes 7-14 business days (depending on destination & customs clearance). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order and are your responsibility! Once the order has been shipped out, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent!

If duties or taxes are not paid:

✧ The package may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier, depending on their policies. If the package is destroyed or abandoned, we unfortunately will not issue a refund as the order would be considered completed.

Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to help, but shipping timelines cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
